i am possibly getting a main coon kitten next year, and i already have a 3 year old norfolk terrier. he has never harmed anything living, but does enjoy stealing my younger sister's toys from her bed room and eating them. he has spent some time with a kitten (this was with a dog sitter last christmas) and they were apparently playing and cuddling together, but he also chased a different kitten. he barks at cats who sit ontop of our garage, or he imagines that cats sit on our garage, but i'm not sure that he could actually kill a cat. it is okay to get a cat, and also how should i introduce them, should i send the dog away for a few weeks while the kitten gets used to it's surroundings? main coons grow extremely big (bigger than the terrier-he wouldnt even dare to go near a big cat). also he isnt neutered....does this matter? thanks x
