How to introduce a small kitten to an aggressive female dog?

I really want this 6week old kitten and i have two australia cattle dog. My boy dog could care less about this little kitten but my female wont stop watching the kitten she just wont leave this kitten alone...there's a video of there interaction http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c4YJa5f4RfE
 
this will be a problem. you usually have to get a puppy after you have a cat or get them at the same time for them to get along. i have a cat but i got my puppy after. the puppy then new the cat was boss as she was there first. dont risk it. chances are she will kill it.
it only take a dog to snap once.
 
well first of all you need to stop her from comming up that close and staring at the cat.

this is unwanted behavior and you let it happen.

don't let her come up to the cat, don't let her stare at the cat. when she does this, break her glance and make her walk away.
 
the movie is dark, makes it hard to read the dog.

It's showing a lot of interest in the kitten, I def. would keep the separate when you can't supervise until the kitten is older/bigger but I'm not seeing a lot of prey drive in the dog.
 
I would never trust the dog alone with the kitten. my cousins dog attacked their kitten and killed it...its instinct.
