How to introduce my dog to the swimming pool?

Okay, so here's the deal. I got a Border Collie, and she hates baths and water. I really want her to be on good terms with my swimming pool, because I think it'd be fun to have a dog that likes to swim hahah (:
I tried to tempt her with treats, but to no avail.
My friend Sierra has a dog that hates bath and water too, but he loves the swimming pool. If he even sees someone in a swimsuit he runs and jumps in.
Any ways you know of to get her to like the pool? Thank you :)

It can be a long and tedious process and youll prolly end up with a few scratches take her in there with you and it is absolutly key to get her to relax in there with you. keep repeating this and eventually shell go in there on her own it just takes time

It takes training and making her comfortable with the water. Start by coaxing her into very shallow water with treats or with a toy. Just don't leave her unsupervised with the pool!

As for the baths, my dogs hated baths, until I started showering them in my shower with warm water and a removable shower head. It soothes them the same way it soothes us. Now they stay patiently waiting for me to wash them and scrub them down. If you don't mind your dog in the house, you could try this!
