How could I Tell if a Woman is interested from Body Language?

BONUS QUESTION:
Also how could I Tell from a woman who is Nervous that she is Interested?(Basically How could I tell if a Woman is interested BUT her body Language is Trying to Hide it)

By The Way, This is for a Woman who I do not know, in places like the Street, The Store, The Train, Etc.
 
Every woman has different signs. There is no set thing. You want to know what i have noticed about women? women pick up signs alot better than men do... I go out with my wife and my wife will point out all the indicators that she sees. If you are having this much of a problem you need to just befriend a woman and go out with her sometime and she will pick up alot more than you will...Maybe you could learn the signs yourself from her.
 
for a girl who is not nervous, i would say that as you walk by her or look at her, she will probally catch your gaze for longer than usual and then look away quickly and shyly. Also, if she fixes her hair at all, shes interested because she wants to look good for you. Also, for a woman that is walking around, for example in a store, you may see her slightly in your view a lot of the time...she may be pretending to look at the bread, but sometimes the truth is she wants to get another look at you without you knowing it. For a nervous girl who is hiding her body language, i would say that she would look into your eyes again. for longer than usual. Also if she stands in a stance that is open to you and kinda welcoming...sort of like saying, come talk to me. then i would say that she is interested.
 
If she turns to face you, looks at you and talks to you, these are all favorable body language signs. People feel differently at different times, there is no absolute with these things. The most favorable sign is that she relates to you, if she doesn't do that then it is just fantasy land.
