How to know if she's going to stay faithful or is still interest in you?

this is another add on to one of my questions if you could answer them that would be nice but any ways how do you tell cause she had 2 incidents that she wasnt but she said she would change and beged me and cried but since she moved and were somewhat long distance she has no cell phone only house phone should i trust her is there any signs of her being discontent with me?
