This may seem like a really weird post for advertising and marketing but please bear with me.
To put it simply, I'm a stoner of sorts, as are a few of my friends; and we all attend different colleges for engineering. Anyways, one of my friends designed on a CAD program something that could be used to assist in the act of smoking certain green plants. We ran with it and have shown it to a quite a few people who all seemed pleased with the product and have assured us that if we made it they would actually buy it.
We have the product now patented and are in the process of finding a manufacturer. One of my main concerns is the marketing and selling of the finished product. Obviously, it has to be classified as a tobacco smoking product for legal reasons. However, are there any government laws that I need to abide by so I can actually sell the product? We are looking to make a legit LLC and try and distribute our product.
And then how could we market the product?
