how to limit time on the internet wifi?

we just got internet at home but I am wondering, if theirs a way to set a time limit on the wifi or have it shut off at different times automatically, like for example set a time for it to shut off automatically after a certain time. dont ask why I want to do that, lol its my mom that's asking me

i forgot to add he has a cell phone thats on wifi, and well confiscating his phone won't be cool but anyways just limit his time so he is not all over it i know already about parental control thanks
