I am an 18 year old girl, 128 lbs, and I'd like to lose between 10 and 13 lbs of fat, and build a SLIGHT amount of muscle. However, I don't know where to begin... I know obviously eat right and exercise, but what exactly does that entail?
What types of work outs should I do and how often? (I have access to a gym)
What types of meals should I eat? How many calories/day?
And approximately how long will it take to lose this weight? Is it possible to do in 3 months, or is this not practical?
