Hi. My name is Austin. I am 5'8, 137.9 pounds, and 14 years old. I have a grip of fat (both hands) on my lower stomach and I would like to get rid of most of it by this summer. Even when I "suck it in" I still get a good amount of fat between my thumb and middle finger, both hands. (I believe my body fat percentage is around 18%)
I work out 3 times a week, doing cardio for half and weight machines the other half. I've also found that I've been losing weight, but it barely shows on my stomach.
Can anyone please give me some tips for a teen looking to get rid of that dang stomach fat? I DO watch what I eat, and my parents get angry at me sometimes because I try too hard.
Please help me!
