What type of program would I need to use to make the Android OS to run on Windows. It must be able to things like send sms and go on the internet etc.
Basically it must be like having a Jelly Bean Operating System running in a Windows window.
How can I go about to make that happen?
I know there is such software because my friend told me, but he can not find it anymore and Google is not much help.
