how to make a private call on LG Rumour?

hi I would like to make a private call with my LG Rumour. I am currently with Bell Mobility and i cannot seem to find out how exactly to make a private call -_- any help would be greatly appreciated
I mean hide my caller ID temporarely.

Your calls are private - all modern calls go through encrypted digital networks - the AMPS system was susceptible to eavesdropping, but it is way gone

hmmm.. all you do is type in *67 before you type in any other number for example:

*67-951-888-5555 oh and by the way the 951 is supposed to be the area code

and when the person gets your call it should say unknown or watever!!
