I have a Western Digital SATA hard drive that came with a Utilities and Software CD.
If I were to use the "Set up your hard drive" option on the CD, the hard drive would work, however I lost that CD and I can not get the hard drive to work again.
My computer can no longer see my hard drive because I have recently reformatted.
The hard drive has no jumper set.
The hard drive is connected correctly.
It does not appear in the Computer Management Administrative Tool.
