How to make my Windows 7 Taskbar (Not dock) to look like this? And how to get them

gadgets? =)? Clock,weather,arrow things. Not basic things but the things in this link-^

Just click on the Little picture and it will maximize!

PS. Them arrows are gadgets too! eg.RAM, CPU

DO NOT GIVE ME A LINK TO THE MICROSOFT WEBSITE! I HAVE CHECKED!

Thats for the rocketdock skin (THE DOCK) Which i already stated above >:( ..... and i said dont give me a link to microsoft! And what do you do? ......
 
The download link for that skin is there on the left corner of that post.

Right click desktop, gadgets and look through those and click the get more online to see more.
