how to make varsity football freshmen year?

shoulder strength buddy: lift weights , use resistance for your arm . work on your accuracy.work on your dropbacks, you dont wnna take exercise evry single day , take rests at least twice a week
 
Alright well this is going to be really hard, anyways i want to make varsity when i get to high school. So im here to give you some info on me and how i can improve and maybe make varsity. Im 128 pounds, height 6 ft 2, im out of shape but i do p.e in school everyday ill be 15 when i get to high school i also have a high metabolism which explains my weight which will be a bad thing. I have about 5 months in all to do all i can be for try outs. I want to try out for quarterback. And no one can talk me out of it i love football, i have played 2 years but it was some time ago. Even if im not in shape for it right now i can get better. So now i need to find out what i should eat on a regular basis, what to lift, and how to get good as a quarterback. Oh and if you could let me know how much i should weigh after the 5 months let me know anything else im missing. If it is long im sorry but thank you to everyone who took some time to answer.
