How to merge yahoo account with my att.net account?

is it possible to get my old basic email merged with the att.net account or is there a POP to use with out upgrading, I thought about just calling ATT since they merged with Yahoo to see if they can since I've been a customer for quit a while. anything would be great Thanks..
