How to NOT share files on limewire?

i went to tools > options and unchecked that box at the bottom and made sure theres nothing in the white box
but at the bottom left corner it says "view my 5 shared files"
does this mean my files are shared or is it just supposed to be there???
 
it means you downloaded them...that's the folder they go to. Just make sure to turn "uploading"off.
