I want to organise a lolita meet-up in Columbus, Ohio, at a date most convenient for everyone involved. I thought a good place to meet would be the Zen Cha tea salon. My question is, how do I get the word out and get people interested? I'd like at least 3 people to come and no more than 9. I need a good place to advertise this.
