How to paint my car on roof and hood?

Hi,
I have a Nissan Sentra 2000 Black car. Paint on the roof and very small parts of hood is gone. I want to make it black again or some way to make it look better. I am looking for options which costs below 100 bucks. Any help is greatly appreciated.
