Sooo....I want to put a small set of speakers into my backpack. I want the power for them to also be in my backpack.(it seems like a cool idea lol)
I've been looking at a set of 2.1 75 watt speakers. So far i think that what i'll need is some kind of battery pack, an interver, and the speakers themselves. Is that what i would need? And also what size(or power) battery and inverter would i need?

Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.

Ok fisrt of all you only need the inverter if u plan on using 120v house hold speakers which wud need an actuall radio or computer speakers depending on how loud you want it, also and i dont think u wanna carry a battery, inverter, and a whole stereo in a packpack all the time.

What i would do is buy a portable speaker that runs off AAA, AA, or DD batteries and then if u wanted you can buy recharbale batterys to save soem $$$ in the long run. and it wud be alot lighter and smaller. and then u can hook up ur ipod or a cd player.

something like this: http://www.amazon.com/iHome-iHM60GT-Rechargeable-Speaker-Translucent/dp/B004OA733E/ref=sr_1_4?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1331624987&sr=1-4
