Hi
I'm going on a 7 day rafting/hiking trip in and out of the grand canyon late in the summer and was wondering what would be the best way to get ready physically and gear-wise for a trip like this. We are going through level 5 rapids and will be doing about 4 days of rafting and about 3 days of hiking to get out of the canyon. I am a 15 year old guy and will be going with my 53 year old dad
