Hey, I am 15 yrs old, at about 5' 6" tall (last time I checked), weigh 132 pounds, and am planning on joining football next fall, and I need some good advice on which position I should play as, and (if you can) a couple of good exercises that I could do to start training for that position.
Even though I don't weigh much, I can still bench press 170 pounds (3x2) and am able lift 40 pound dumbbells (10x2) on a daily basis, but the only positions I know of that would need that type of training are linebackers (don't really know a lot of positions in football lol =d). I also run everyday and can run a mile in less than 8 mins, and I also do some leg exercises (explosive lunges, and squats, heel raises, and plies) a couple times a week, but I don't think I'd be good enough as receiver since my vision isn't that great (unless I get contacts[which there's a big chance I might]) but I'm also not too great at catching...

So if anyone can offer me a couple solutions, I would really appreciate it =D

You must don a black leotard and do the Single Ladies dance.

You need to do more than benching and 'lifting' dumbells. A couple reps of 170 isn't enough (no wonder you're only 132 pounds).... aim for 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps. All what low reps will do is help your strength but you won't grow as much as you could if you do more reps. Don't listen to your ego.... it sounds like benching 170 is a lot but if it's only a couple reps then that's anything but impressive. As someone who worked at the gym for years, I have seen A LOT of body builders benching low weight but high reps. Also, work your entire body... biceps, triceps, chest, shoulders, back, abs, calves & hamstrings.

Run more than a mile. Try to run at least a few miles to REALLY kick up your cardiovascular level because you will definitely need it for football. In football you will be doing more than 8 minutes of running so you need to take it up a notch.
