How to pursue a relationship with a daughter I have never known ?

My daughter looked me up on the internet about 3 weeks ago. The first week we exchanged emails every day. For the last 2 weeks I havent received any. I want to write to her every day but I dont want to pry in her life too fast and hard. What should I do?
 
How old is she? How far away do you live from each other? Did anything happen that upset her? I would just keep it casual and write her once or twice a week, letting her know you care. Have you talked on the phone? Maybe that's an option...
 
Just be there. Don't ask too many questions, but let her ask as many as she likes and answer honestly. If she looked you up, it was probably for this very purpose - to get answers to her questions.
 
Let her know you are there when she ever needs you and that you would make for her to make th first move. She is probably needs some space to digest whatever the reason is that you left her.
