how to put a burned cd onto facebook?

ok, so we got this movie thing . with like pictures and songs for cheerleading and football
and all the graduation players got a CD movie. and i wanted to put it on facebook. so i put
the CD in the player on the side of my laptop and i wanted to know how to put it in my pc
and then onto facebook. can you even do that?
