Okay so youtube changed theyre layout thing... once again.

I wanna put a video as a response to a video i saw... how do i do it? can i still do it?

I dont see the option anywhere!

Before it was real easy...

ok go down all the way to the bottom of the comments and on the right where the comment box is post a video response is right next to it
