How to React/Greet New-born Step-sibling?

Just say Hi and then say your name. Show em around and stuff.Just be confident. (:
 
I want to be nice, but I don't know how I should greet a new-born step-sibling. I wana do it right. I don't want my dad or anyone thinking that I'm mean, or anything like that. What should I do the first time I see him. I wana get it right! Kinda nervous.....
Lemme make this clear.... it's a BABY boy
