Calories are listed per serving. So, if you ate 1 cup, you consumed 70 calories. If you ate the whole thing, then you ate about 140 calories (since the label says "about 2" servings per container).

The current version of this Muir Glen (by General Mills) Organic Garden Vegetable comes in 14.9 ounce and 19 ounce sizes, each of which is more than a cup. The small is less than two cups and large is more than 2 cups. The listed is per serving as a cup and shows on your label as 251grams and 70 calories. The sodium level is high as the only issue of this (and many other) soup(s). Calories do count, though dietary fiber does reduce how much can be absorbed efficiently. If you ate half a small can, I would estimate it as about 65 calories, and half a large can as closer to 85.
