how to record a TV show with rogers?

i want to record a TV show tonight and i have rogers cable and i know that my TV has access to that feature, but how do i record a tv show?
also, its a PVR :)

Your Rogers remote control has a small round red button right above the #3 button labeled REC for record. You can either go to the on screen cable channel guide and find your program and press the REC button, or just wait till the show starts and press the REC button and it will record!
Then later after the show is over press the light green LIST button in the very center of the remote to list your recorded programs and select it and press play!
