How To Reinstall Windows XP without the CD.?

My computer will not boot up and i think it is because i need to reinstall windows. I bought my computer from a guy and windows was already installed in the computer so i do not have the code or the CD. Is there any way to download windows xp for free with a key gen. So i can put it on a CD and use it to install windows on my other computer which is not working?

Please help i am in the internet cafe. :(


Or do i have any options?

you can only install xp with a cd (original or pirat). ask someone at the cafe to make a cd for you.
or you could order Ubuntu Linux, a free operating system. a bit different from xp but it works
