How to remap a key on Windows 7 to Alt-Tab?

I have this useless key on laptop and want to remap so that it opens alt-tab, I found a program called SharpKeys that can remap it, but I don't see the option to change it to alt-tab. I also found a program called AutoHotkey that uses scripts to remap but I don't know how to do that either.

Anyone know any easy way to do this?
 
Its a Windows command so you won't be able to change that to that combination.
