It seems that the cigarette lighter in my car is broken. Whenever I plug anything in, it seems the accessory cannot get a good connection with lighter, I always have to juggle the charger accessory and maybe 10% of the time I can get a connection enough to charge somthing. Also the lighter tube itself spins around. I am not sure if it is loose or just old and worn, but Id like to just replace it with a brand new.
I dont smoke so I dont care if it is a cigg lighter or a regular power adapter. Id rather just get a new power adaper so I can charge and power stuff.
Any ideas how to do this, is it an easy fix? I am a complete dunce at car stuff, though my dad is a mechanic so can help me if it is too difficult.
Also, wasnt sure if my car model was a MK4 or MK3...
