How to replace parts on SAMSUNG ALIAS SCH-U740?

I was thinking about buying my friends alias, but the lcd is majorly cracked. I know i can buy another phone for parts on ebay pretty cheap, but I dont know how to change out the flip pieces. Does anyone know how? Is is easy?
