how to reset motoblur CLIQ?

My friend gave me his motoblur CLIQ (TMobile)
how do i reset the phone like it was new
theres an account on it how do i delete that old account
would it still work if my sim card doesent have internet?

Turn the power off. If your Motorola CLIQ is frozen, pull the battery out and reinsert it
Press and hold the Power and Camera buttons
Release the Camera button when prompted
Press and hold the Volume Down key
A yellow exclamation will appear on the display
Press and release Alt + L, and then Alt + W on the keypad
