How to retrieve contacts via Windows Vista from the Samsung Reality?

Screen came off, got a new phone, contacts are still on old phone.
Computer says it still reads the phone without a screen, i tried BitPim( so it could read my contacts) but it didnt have my phone model.......any free software reccomendations for this phone( Samsung Reality)?
