When you start to have a self fulfilling prophecy taking over negatively, what do you do to stop thinking negatively, and prevent the negative prophecy from occuring?
there's times when i have a negative self fulfilling prophecy but that didn't stop me from succeeding surprisingly. you can say your going to fail at something but you should still try at it. i work really hard because i expect the worse from everything. my answer seems pretty vague... sorry!
