How to rip blue-ray to 720p mkv format?

Hi, i download many movies from torrents. I have a big collection of movies in my hard disk, its almost getting full. But most of all i like 720p quality. Cause i don't have full hd monitor, otherwise 1080p is best (but that rips has bigger size than 720p).
Recently i've downloaded super 8 in 720p, just 600mb. And it has the best quality ever. The uploader is goonal.
So i just want to know, how to rip a blue-ray in 720p reso? Keeping the filesize less than 700mb.

search google for video converters . there are plenty available. then u can select output format and bitrate to get desired size and quality.
