How to Save a Boston Fern Outdoors in Winter?

I have a HUGE Boston Fern Plant that I don't want to take indoors.
The winter is approaching and the temps will be around 30 or 20 at night.
It will die unless I do something.
Any suggestions?
Maybe a plastic bag on it at nighttime?
Any ideas would be appreciated.

if you wrap it in burlap and cover it with a styro foam cone it should survive the winter.
