How would you say these in British slang?
Im a 15 year old girl and I hate the American slang and would like to know how the slang is over there.
1. F**ck yeah!!! or Helllll yeah!!
2. Tragic or Tragedy
3. Legitimate or Legit
4. Chill or Straight
1. A fight broke out at a hockey game last night so I screamed out "F**k yeah!" or "Hellll yeah!".
2. Like lets say my two best mates show up to school in the same outfit, I would say "Wow thats tragic!" Or just plainly "Tragedy!"
3. Lets say you were buying something on the internet and somebody told you it a scam, but you know its not. You would say "No its legit!"
4. My family is really chill. Meaning, theyre easy going and not a problem. Like "The people in Florida are really chill". Also, If your at a party and security is giving your buddy a hassle, you would say "No hes straight." As in, he's good and no trouble, let him stay.
