How to send videos to your email on my nokia 6085 cell?

i have a nokia 6085 cell phone but i dont know how to send things to my email can someone help me plz
 
The only way i know of is Bluetooth. If you have a phone that has Bluetooth, Just send it to your PC(needs to have bluetooth as well)

If your PC does not have bluetooth. Simply Buy a "Bluetooth USB Dongle" for the PC and plug it in a USB port.
