How to set AT&T's WAP settings for Nokia 3500?

I already googled and found...

APN: wap.cingular (lower case)
PDP_Type: IP
Gateway IP Address: 66.209.11.61
Port: 9201
Home Page: http://device:home or http://device.home
Session Mode: Permanent
Connection Security: On
Authentication Type: Secure
Login Type: Automatic
User Name: [email protected] (All upper case)
Password: CINGULAR1 (All upper case)
MMS Settings:
Service Name: MMS
Server Name (mmsc): http://mmsc.cingular.com
Web Session Name: MMS

..but idk under where to put these things in my phone.

Here's what my phone asks for under internet settings...

- Account name
- homepage
- user name
- password
- proxy
- proxy address
- proxy port
- data bearer (options are: GSM or Packet data)
- bearer settings (asked under this are: packet data access point, network type [IPv4 or IPv6], authentication type [secure or unsecure], user name and password)

thts all the options i get

I am trying to set up the WAP for my 3500 now. I'm on the line with AT&T as I type. Can you help me? It seems that they aren't able to.
