How to set ringtones sent via picture message to your phone?????

I have an LG Rumor 1, and i received a picture message with a ringtone. I went through some kind of process where it loaded or saved not sure. but i cant find the ringtone in order to set it as my ringer. when i open it it says press ok to listen, and when i do the song plays but no option to save.And in options it just says reply,forward,delete,call,save and message info.when i click save it says phone#s and mail(online). Really confused can someone help?
