How to set up a new car amp with subs?

I have 2 SONY XPLOD XSL126P5 12" subs and a Sony XM-GTX1852 1000w amplifier. Would these two work together?
Note: the subs are both single coil, and 4 ohms each, and RMS 380 Max Watts 1300 each.
also the amp is 2/1 channel amp. RMS 185 x2 at 4 ohms
