how to sort out my ipod nano.?

i have a ipod nano 2nd generation and it wont work. i plug it in to my computer and nothing happens and it says do not disconnect and when i unplug it from the computer it still keeps saying do not disconnect. please help!

maybe u should go to the store u bought it from and ask for help.

try holding the center button and either the menu button or the play button (can't remember which) for 10 seconds. It should restart.

try restarting it. switch the hold button back and forth and then hold the middle button and the menu button at the same time until u get the apple logo thingy. hope that works!
