How to start a manga? --really (in detailed answer please)?

Okay... I have this story in my mind for years which I always wanted to publish as a graphic novel but unfortunately I'm totally clueless on how or where to start. I made designs and profiles for my characters. I know it's also impossible for me to draw the entire 4-7 volume book all by myself. What should I do? Do I need to contact other artists to help me out? If yes, what should I need to do/prepare to get the exact output I wanted?
