Hello I am a 16 year old in Chicago and I want to start hunting around my birthday in March. My animal of choice would be deer and my weapon a crossbow or a rifle. I am wondering what to do in terms of licensing and buying materials. Neither me or my father have any hunting experience and I just need to find out the steps and the relative cost of it all.
