I've been interested in parkour for a long time, and I've lost a lot of weight, and built up some muscle, but I don't have as much money readily available on protein bars and whey protein and all that, so I was wondering if there were alternatives to stepping up my diet to stimulate muscle growth and energy and help step up my fitness so I can progress in parkour?
