...around the yard? I have a 2 year old cocker spaniel who is constantly guarding my house, she runs up and down the perimeter of the back yard and she barks when people come to the house. the constant guarding of the house is a huge problem, at night she becomes frantic when possums come into the yard and if i let her she will just run back and forth in the yard checking that nothing has invaded our territory. she's even started crying in the night if she's in her crate and hears somthing in the yard but can't run out into the yard.
so i don't know what to do! i can see she's going to become more and more crazy over it if i don't stop it so any advice would be so wonderful
