Whenever I'm lying on the bed and slides my phone sideways, the screen is also moving. How do I stop this for some apps like Facebook and yahoo. But I want the sliding for YouTube though to make the videos bigger. How do I do this

On any Android phone just go to settings, then display, and you should see an option called "Auto-rotate screen" simply tap on it to disable it and the screen won't switch to landscape more anymore. Even with auto-rotate screen off, when watching a YouTube video if you rotate the screen the video will switch to full screen.

Go to Settings > Display > and un-check a box that says "Auto-rotate screen". It will stop any rotations, with the exception of the YouTube app--you will still be able to watch a video sideways.
