How to sync data from blackberry 8310 to Nokia N97?

Hi guys. I just bought a new N97 and have a Blackberry 8310. Could anyone tell me how to sync all my data (contacts, photos, sms/texts etc.) over to my Nokia N97 device without blueteething every singe photo one at a time. And also the sms I have received, i would like to have placed over to the N97. Any help would be great full.
