How to sync Microsoft Outlook email with Samsung Reality?

When I go into Microsoft Outlook and try to get the proxy settings it tells me this:

Use these settings to access your e-mail using POP, IMAP, or SMTP.

POP setting
Not available

IMAP setting
Not available

SMTP setting
Not available


I also clicked on a topic to help me do it and it says:

your phone must be running Windows Mobile 5.0 or a later version or be compatible with Exchange ActiveSync.

How can I find this out?
