How to take out the factory stock Phillips stereo out of my Mazda 323 protege 1994

and install a new one? I want to replace the factory stereo out of my Mazda 323 protege but there is no visible screws to undo and take it out, then I have a new Sony and speakers to put in! is it all wort it or should I pay to have it installed?
